Policy Development/Assessments

ERS has assisted many organizations with creating and/or updating their existing Drug-Free Workplace or Harassment policies.  In addition, ERS has been instrumental in conducting the trainings that ensure every employee understands the new policy and what the consequences are for violation of those policies.

This process is intended assist an organization assess where its’ strengths and weaknesses are, based upon the direct feedback of its employees.  ERS will work with leadership to identify the primary stakeholders within the organization who will participate in the assessment, as well as the kinds of questions that should be asked by the ERS facilitators.  The data is collected and presented anonymously to leadership along with recommendations which address any identified issues.
